The team is able to assist with a vast range of matters relating to air and aviation law from a public and private international law perspective, as well as from a national law one, ranging from aviation liability and compensation, insurance and contract negotiation, and finance.
The team is also able to provide assistance on space law. Currently Malta does not have national space legislation, though Camilleri Cassar Advocates is assisting Government in exploring the potential of enacting such legislation. The knowledge of our team in this dynamic field allows us to advise clients on international and national matters relating to the space industry.
